Shipping and Delivery

At Nord Bazar, we are committed to delivering your items quickly and safely. Here you will find important information about processing time, delivery options, expected delivery time, and shipping costs.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed and prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Denmark.

Carriers

We send orders with recognized Danish shipping companies, including:

  • DAO
  • GLS
  • Bring

The choice of carrier may vary depending on the delivery address, selected delivery method, and available shipping options.

Expected Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes place within approximately 1–3 business days after the order is shipped.

Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier, delivery address, and busy periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and the selected delivery method. All prices below are incl. 25% VAT.

Note: Shipping prices are indicative and may be changed without notice in accordance with the shipping companies' own price changes.

You can choose between two delivery types:

  • Parcel Shop – Delivery to the nearest parcel shop. Typically the most economical solution.
  • Home Delivery – Delivery directly to your door.

The exact shipping price is always clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may in some cases be offered as part of special campaigns or offers from the company.

Unless otherwise stated in connection with such a campaign, normal shipping rates apply.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to follow the package until it reaches the delivery address or parcel shop.

Delivery to Parcel Shop

Many deliveries are made to a parcel shop. When your package arrives, you will be notified by the shipping company.

If the package is not picked up within the carrier's deadline, it may be returned to us.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to protect items during transport. We use appropriate packaging and provide extra protection for fragile items when necessary.

Multiple Orders

We recommend that all items be combined into a single order when possible. Separate orders are processed individually and may therefore result in separate shipping costs.
